Acceptance
By using whoisoperator.com (the "Site"), run by Jonah Pirnazar under the name Operator, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.
The Site
whoisoperator.com publishes music, DJ tools, and related content from Operator.
Accounts and invite codes
HQ accounts are invite-only, personal, and not transferable. Keep your invite code, login links, and account access confidential. We can suspend an account used to violate these terms.
Downloads and licensing
Free and preview downloads are for personal, non-commercial listening and DJ use unless a specific track's listing says otherwise. Making a track available here is not a grant of a commercial license, sync rights, or redistribution rights. If you're a rights holder with a concern about a specific release, contact us directly - see below - and it'll be handled.
Purchases
Paid tools and content are processed by Stripe, at the price shown at checkout. Digital delivery happens once payment clears. Digital goods already delivered are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion.
Booking requests
Submitting a booking or contact form is an inquiry, not a confirmed booking. Confirmation happens directly, over email.
Acceptable use
No scraping the Site, no attempting to bypass a download or account gate, and no reuploading vault or unreleased material you were given access to.
Availability
The Site, the vault, and any tools on it are provided "as is" and may change, be limited, or go offline without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Operator isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the current version.
